Because they are traveling with children, Jenni and Dustin did not want to stay in a motel. They knew their children needed a place where they could run and jump and play and be loud, rowdy kids.
Jenni found a cute mid century modern airbnb just outside of Iowa Falls.
It slept twelve, so Jenni invited us to come join them. We absolutely took her up on it! What the website neglected to mention was that while it did sleep twelve, it only had one bathroom.
Oh well.
We coordinated our shower schedules and it all worked out. At least the one bathroom was a good sized bathroom.
The kids got to be kids during the day; they even got to stay and play while missing some of the "family stuff" that kids don't necessarily care about.
